BAS is the GDN UY Group's fashion vertical business unit, with a strong presence in the Uruguayan market, having large chains such as TaTa Supermercados, San Roque and Multiahorro Hogar. For over 10 years, BAS has established itself as a leader in the fashion segment, successfully combining global trends with local approach. As a way to continue boosting its growth and expansion, the brand opted for Janis Commerce as a platform to optimize its omnichannel operation, integrating its physical network with digital features and improving the shopping experience for its customers.

Main challenge

BAS needed to modernize and optimize it fulfillment operation in order to align with market trends and strengthen its online sales strategy. However, it was also necessary to centralize and align all of GDN UY Group's brands operation on a single logistics platform, standardizing processes, maximizing resources, optimizing inventory turnovers and creating synergies among all its business verticals.

Fenicio's native integration allowed BAS to manage its catalog, inventory and orders in a standardized and efficient way, optimizing each step of the process. Janis Commerce's Inventory module was key to improve stock accuracy, increase completion levels and streamline their operation to reach customers faster. Thanks to this, BAS has been able to:
