Carrier Groups let you define shared delivery windows with a maximum capacity across multiple time slots and delivery methods—helping you make the most of your picking resources.

📊 New Picker Productivity Metrics

We’ve added new indicators so you can view and export key performance data for each picker, including average picking time, products picked per minute, and other relevant KPIs.

🫱🏻🫲🏼 Identify new customers and build loyalty

The order list now highlights each customer’s first order with a “New” label. You can also filter by this field to quickly spot and target new customers—so you can give them personalized attention and build loyalty from day one.
