Product updates: from the first pallet to the end customer | Janis Commerce

Smarter at every stage of your operation

AI-planned pallets, picking Waves that put urgent orders first, orders that move through your node network automatically and more control over your customers’ data. This is what’s new at Janis Commerce.

01 · AI CUBIC PLANNER · WMS

Every pallet, planned before picking

In wholesale orders, how many pallets are needed and how to build them is usually figured out at the dock, on the fly. AI Cubic Planner is an AI agent that defines it in advance.

Wholesale order split into pallets, with build order and volume for each one
1Predicts the volume of each order.
2Defines how many pallets to build, what goes on each one and in what order.
3Respects weight, compatible categories, height and stacking.
Pallets shipped exactly as they were built
Optimized dispatch times
Transport planned with greater certainty
Less air shipped

Ideal for: high-volume B2B operations.

02 · DYNAMIC WAVES · PICKING

Every Wave starts with the most urgent orders

When a Wave is built without looking at delivery commitments, an urgent order can be pushed to the next one. With automatic reprioritization, that no longer happens.

1When a Wave starts, pending orders are reprioritized automatically.
2They are sorted by their promised delivery date.
3The Wave is filled with priority orders and the rest move to the next one.
Picking Wave with orders sorted by promised delivery date
No urgent order is left behind
Delivery deadlines met
Better use of every Wave
Multipicking efficiency, intact

How to enable it: per Picking Point.

03 · ORDER CROSSDOCKING · LOGISTICS NETWORK

A connected node network, end to end

Moving orders between stores, dark stores and distribution centers usually requires manual coordination and offers little visibility of the route. With Order Crossdocking, every order moves through the network automatically.

Network of distribution centers and store groups connected by crossdocking routes
Step 1Each order can pass through several stores and DCs before reaching its final destination.
Step 2When it is received at a node, the next shipment on the route is triggered automatically.
Step 3Shipments with the same origin, destination and time slot are grouped into a single route.
Node-to-node logistics with no manual intervention
Every node on the route, visible in the order
Shipments consolidated into fewer routes
End-to-end visibility

Ideal for: companies with complex logistics networks that move orders between multiple stores, dark stores and distribution centers.

Delivery detail with last name, ID, phone and email masked (fictitious data)
04 · DATA PROTECTION · SECURITY

Your customers’ data, only for those who need it

The more people who access customers’ personal data, the greater the risk of exposure. Now each company decides who can see it in full.

1A permission defines which users can see the customer’s personal data in full.
2It applies to the order list, the order detail and the delivery detail.
3Users without the permission see the data masked.
Less exposure of sensitive information
Access only for the roles that need it
Control in each company’s hands
Without slowing down operations
