Starting from July 7th, the new security update will be available in the production environment. It consists in the reduction of session time.

Following our commitment to the security of our users' data, we have decided to reduce the duration of sessions to a Maximum of 24 hours. It's important to keep in mind that you don't need to take any action for this change to apply to your accounts.

What does this mean?

• Increased security: This measure will reduce the risk of unauthorized access to your accounts in the event that a device is lost or stolen.
• Data Protection: Limiting session time will help prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information.

Safety Recommendations

In order to have the best experience on Janis, we recommend that our users:

• Close your sessions when you are not actively using the system.
• Avoid sharing your login credentials with others.
• Use strong passwords and change them periodically.
