A high maturity in data management implies that companies already have business intelligence tools that generate suggestions for action based on data, and detect associated behavioral patterns.
The Latin American region has an emerging maturity level of 49% when it comes to data management, according to data from the Retail Maturity Report, presented by Janis and Prisma at the offices of Microsoft Chile, under the title”Data Breaking: Data-Driven Decisions Connecting Strategy to Operation”.
This level of maturity in the data management implies that some companies already carry out actions such as implementing business intelligence tools that generate suggestions for action based on data, storage of customer transactional history and detection of associated behavioral patterns.
“Proper data management allows companies to make agile and accurate business decisions, in order to increase the company's profitability.
